Please note: Delivery is calculated based on the value of your basket. Digital gift cards do not count towards the minimum order threshold, as they don't entail delivery costs. Delivery costs are calculated once all discounts have been applied.

Our delivery times start from the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse, or once you receive our delivery confirmation email. Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for processing. At Doonails, we work tirelessly to ensure that your order is shipped promptly. We collaborate with our partners to ensure that your order is packed and dispatched without delay, and our processes are routinely audited and updated as required. Please note that we do not make deliveries on Sundays or other holidays. If your order contains items with different delivery dates, we will send all items together in a single shipment unless you have requested otherwise. The delivery date for the entire order will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Delivery of download items: When you purchase download products (digital content not supplied on a physical medium), you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. Download products will be delivered to you via email within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or after we receive payment, if you have chosen to pay in advance). You will receive an email with a link to download the product. You will be provided with the necessary access information for the download within 24 hours of placing your order (or after payment is authorised, if you have chosen to pay in advance).
