Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, prior to shipping, without incurring any charges. Returns Process

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and return address to complete the process.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. Incomplete or damaged returns may be subject to a reduced refund or may be denied altogether.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 14 days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping costs and any import duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and return address to complete the process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 14 days, please check your bank account or credit card company again, as it may take additional time for your refund to be officially posted. Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to the return address provided by our Customer Support team.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
